After 4 months of burning and with the weather be so nice today to I shut her down for the day and gave her a nice cleaning. Polished the glass, vacuumed out the ash and brushed out the chimney. She should be good for the rest of the season now.

I started her back up about an hours ago. I must say she has a very nice secondary burn working. bow chicka bow bow.

Good deal.
Preventive maintenance is always a good idea & in the long run saves $$
Hope to do same to mine on the next warm spell or end of season.

Yup, gonna shut one down tonight so I can do the same before the temp drops tomorrow night. Just hasn't been drafting as it should. love it when it tells you,"its time to clean me".
