Hi everyone,

I have a question about screwing together sections of SL-300 out venting pipe. The instructions (which are the worst instructions I've ever read) say to screw the outer casing together. The problem I see is, there are no "pre-drilled holes" as the instructions suggest. The only holes in the outer casing are where the tabs lock the pieces together. Is this where the screws should go? I will certainly take pictures if need be.

Thanks for taking the time to reply. I certainly appreciate it!

The only time I've EVER used screws on SL-300 series vent is when I used offsets...
IIRC, that's the only time they're actually required. If you find that you MUST
screw them together, use 3/4" long x 1/4"hexdrive zipscrews...
Use them wherever they attach securely, making sure they only penetrate
the outer section of pipe...
