Smoke Pours out whenever I put new wood in! Help!

Just talked to the hubby. We are right at 11 foot. so, we need to be at what, like 14 or 15 then?
Yes. It will need a brace at 5 ft above where it exits the roof. A cricket at the base just above the flashing to divert the snow is also a good idea in areas of heavy snowfall.
 
You could temporarily add sections of stovepipe to the chimney to figure out just how much height you need.
 
Wow.. just looked at the manual for your stove.. no secondary burn tubes or control other than that damper at the top, huh?

Do you have a thermometer on the stovetop? If so how how is the top getting?

How burnt up is your last load of wood before you refill? Is it just "coals" or are there chunks of un burnt wood left?

Have you tried cracking the door slightly for a few seconds to let the added draft suck any smoke up the chimney?
