Cypress Creek Renewables,
looking for land to build solar farms, paying premium $1500 per acre, is this new or and old scam to hold up your land in the hope of a better deal that has to be brokered through them once due dilligence is signed ?

It looks like they want to purchase an acre for $1500. You effectively loose ownership of the acre. Worth it? Only you can decide.
 
The one we looked at paid a yearly hosting fee based on size of array with 2 ish% increase yearly. Just under a grand a year to start, for 30 years.
