Solar water forum ?

Looking for a good "hands on" residential solar heating (water) forum.
I don't mind if it includes PV and wind.
I did some searcing, not much in substance.

I just need to figure out what is in the mechanical package, I can build a solar collector and a storage tank is a 2 minute drive from my house.
