More pics, first time posting pics so bear with me. I had (wiped it off)a smoke stain where the side and the top sheet metal come together. I just threw in one of my fire box and the color of the door on secondary door.

Nice photo's. I've caulked the living pooh out of my top door and still struggle with the seal. My gray cover will come off this weekend so I can caulk there as well. I also, on occasion, get a little odor from the bottom door but I don't think my RTV sealant will hold up very well down there. Much hotter. Work in progress I guess...

When I installed the sislicone seal on my Paxo 60 door,I also noticed the door was sitting low , putting the sealing part of the stove to the very top part of the door. Something to check as well. I just added some washers to the door hindges, to put me more in the middle of the seal. Did this on the bottom door as well. No more smoke smell after that.
