Somersets. Good hot pellet. Small in size. Never burned the Gt's. Heard some good about them. Buy 5 of each and see which your stove likes best. I always try before I buy. Don't want a few tons of "garbage". IMO

Burned both, both are great, would snap either up anytime.
I would go with Somersets first, they burn hotter imo.

The Green Teams are coming in the middle of the week to the Killingly CT store.

They had some Somersets over the weekend and I grabbed a couple of tons, while I wait for the Green Team....

Can't seem to get any straight answers from Lowes in Danbury, CT. They don't have any but it seems to be top secret as to whether or not they will get more delivered.

I went straight to the store manager and asked.....got answers.

just went to a local store and they had 14 tons of somerset (I was looking for Green Team), the guy told me GT is coming tomorrow........meanwhile i bought/reserved 2 tons of somersets, also brought 2 bags to test and put them in hopper right now, hope they do good for me as i never tried them. The date on the bag is Jan. 2011 so the batch is recent.

Will get a couple bags of GT maybe tomorrow to try also, if these somerset burn nice in my unit then i may get another ton for a total of 3, i already have a ton of stove chow and around 20 bags of okies....
