Can anyone recommend a source for the effiency ratings for heat pumps to use in the Fuel Cost Comparison Calculator?

I'm trying to find the conversion for a 15 SEER heat pump. I read one explanation of SEER that made me think that I should use 150%, but something else that I read seemed to indicate that I need to find the HSPF (Heating Seasonal Performance Factor) for my particular heat pump.

Thanks!
