    It all depends Dan. Someone may have bought it and not used it or used it very little. You can buy a 22 ton for $999 so if it is decent it would do no harm to offer a couple hundred less. Just go over it very good and start it too. Take a couple logs to split even won't do any harm.

    I bet Southern States is just trying to clear it out of there. They are more of a garden and bird seed store than a rural feed store that they were years ago.

    Depends on what part of the state you are in. I own a farm and am a SS coop member and if there is ag. still around they are still serving the ag. community.

    Just because they have Petunias out front doesn't mean they don't have 50 pound sacks of clover and rye grain in the back.
