Anybody run square ground cutters? Like Stihl's Super Klassic chains? I've never tried the stuff and I'm curious...

Never used it myself either.Have heard its even faster than round chisel, but takes a real knack to sharpening too.Using a square file. Most cutters on the west coast seem to prefer it with softwoods, most all the saws I see sold new or used from that region have it installed.

Takes a goofy file to sharpen very diffcult or a silvey grinder at the tune of 1099.00 + tax and up. Just not in my future~ ;-)
