I have the EXP that We purchased in Dec 2011 and may still fall under warranty so this may be covered. The problem I'm having is at startup. The thermostat no longer will control the startup and when started in manual, the combustion and blower start but the blower never shuts down till proof of fire like normal. No codes are thrown. Anyone ever have this issue? It does work in manual mode.
