staple up transfer plates lost thread

There was a discussion a while back about a new transfer plate for radiant heat that supposedly had better performance. I think it was a carbon composite of some kind. Anyway I thought I book marked it but now I can't find it. Does anybody remember the site?

(yes I did a search on hearth).
