hi guy's,just wondering when you put your steamers on the stove is their any rule of thumb for time.everything I touch is giving me a shock lol need some humidity.

Steamers are nice but they don't compare to what an actual humidifier will put out. If you're that dry maybe look at a humidifier or rig up some sort of grounding cable to your ankle to stop the shocks.
