See the following for some technical info on linings for storage tanks. EPDM is frequently mentioned in posts as a suitable liner. It seems to be readily available from suitable choices. Note that 180F is the upper limit stated in this article for EPDM. I have no info on availability, prices or procedure to apply of other tank liners.
