Its starting to get cool at night and the door had a small amount of play when doing the 'Dollar bill test'. My stove is a USSC 5500M and the manual states to use a 5/8" gasket. I picked up a kit from TSC with 7ft of 5/8" graphite rope gasket and cement. Once I had the door all cleaned up I decided to dry fit before gluing the new gasket in place. Much to my surprise i can pull the dollar bill out with easy hell it might even fall out of its own.

Now on to my question should I just go to a bigger sized gasket? Say 3/4"?

The data you listed from the ussc lists the 5500Mcheck for both 5/8 and 3/4... let alone 1.3' of gasket wont go too far.
