I don't think they make an elbow less than 45 degrees in pellet pipe. I know you can get water pipe elbows in 22.5 degree bends but not sure about pellet vent pipe. Sure someone in the know will come along soon.

Yes. You hafta be creative with the venting configuration & you hafta have some vertical in the vent BEFORE you penetrate the wall, unless you are venting thru the roof. When you attach the vent, start with the stove adapter (if required) then put in a 90 degree elbow if you are far enough away from the back of the stove to do so. If not add a 6" length to clear the stove. From the first 90 you can either go higher up, or add another 90 to get back to horizontal. You can pretty much rotate the second 90 at any angle to the stove that you want. It only has to be perpendicular to the wall...The only (sorta) downside is your choice of pellet vent. ICC Excel may be the only one that will allow you to do this, because the other manufacturers (AFIK) have a twist lock configuration on all sections, including the elbows...HTH

Do not attempt to twist Dura Vent elbows.
