I need to use 18" slip section of ultra black double stove wall pipe, i tak it these would fit the stove collar.

your would not nomally hook a slip section to to the stove direct, you would hook the piece of pipe that is on the slip joint to the stove.

I'm not sure if Ultra Black is the same but with the Double-wall pipe we use we typically use what is called Collar Adapter off the stove collar and then the double-wall pipe sections off of that.
