We were given an old Sun Down wood stove. There are no fire bricks and no ducting. Does anyone have any suggestions as to finding the original specs? We want to use it in an out building on the farm, not the house, but want to be safe. Thanks!

Sun Downs look like Fisher stove copies. The stove should be ok if installed safely. If no UL tag on the back it will need to have 36" clearances in all directions, or an NFPA wall shield behind it to reduce that clearance. A proper chimney and connecting stove pipe will be a must as will a safe hearth.
