I have to get some chimney work done this Spring and was thinking while they are at it maybe a new poured liner would be a good idea. Anyone know how much something like this costs? I'm thinking it's prolly a lot more than a s/s liner. What if you have an offset half way down your chimney, can they get around it?

Ping fraxinus. He has one.

My father in law has one. Loves it. His got done after a chimney fire. When we bought his new Oslo this year we just insert the stove pipe into the 6" flue. Very nice, draws like a dream, easy cleanup

My main concern is I have 2 side by side flues and the one I want to do has a offset that scoots around the upstairs flue. I would also have to bust out the 6x10 flue tiles to get a 6" Supaflue poured all the way around. Their site doesn't say anything about this, all the pictures and videos show a straight shot. Tried e-mailing them and heard nothing yet.

I have installed both stainless and poured liners. I personally would recommend the stainless for the lifetime warranty and the removal is easier in the event something does happen. Poured liners are a pain to remove if they have been damaged. As an installer and as a wood burner myself, I would go the stainless route everytime if it was my chimney. Can't complain about a lifetime warranty!
