Surging blower

    Hello all new here. I have an Advantage IIT, ser.42040, built 11/91. The convection blower surges from min. to max. every second or so. It seems to do it at all settings and the auger off without change. This is the main problem. I typically burn Lignetics or Turman pellets but the stove will not stay lit on min. setting with either one. Is there something I can do at home to improve this ? Thanks in advance. Informative polite site without bickering, a nice change. Richard

    I think you have a problem with your control board. I would up-grade your firepot to the ultra grate.
