My grandfather farmed the whole place with a Ferguson till the day he died. My little self sat on a fender for many an hour while he plowed with it.

My father had a Ford 9N for my entire life. It did a lot of work. Planting trees, brush hogging, etc.,etc., etc. He traded it in a slightly newer Ford Powermaster a few years back. I liked the 9N better.

The ATV do it all of the day. Got a few hours behind a couple of different versions, myself. 2N, 8N (two different ones) and 9N. Usually stone reliable. Get her fixed up and she should treat you well for years to come.

She worked great for years, then I got the brilliant idea to convert it to an all 12 volt system. Apparently my knowledge of the electrical system is lacking LOL. The old guy down the road will get her running once again!

I have done that to a couple of engines. When done proper it can really make a difference on the starting. I only have one 6V system left and it works so well, that I ain't gonna touch it till it gives problems. Its a 1939 so I don't see problems showing up anytime soon.

My father in law had a fergy and a couple older Olivers. Hard to beat those old proven machines.

I'm kinda spoiled now with a newer Kubota.

Your only as old as you act. For you thats not very old...;lol
