Do those of you who run gasifiers make your flue pipe tight with the Stovex? Is this a good idea?... to seal all the flue pipe?

I just slid mine all the way in to the side of the boiler. The rest of the joints I screwed and taped. Probably overkill, my old oil boiler was never sealed that well.

Mine are just screwed together, no tape, no cement. If you have good draft, that's all you should need.
