I have a new laser thermometer, I point it at the door at it has over 300. I put it in front of the blowers and it is under 200. Should these temps be roughly the same or no?

Nope, not normally. Your measuring ceramic glass being heated by a direct heat source, as air moving thru tubes being blown by the fan which will cool it.

My Europa has a 400 degree glas temp and 290 heat exchanger temps
