It has been like that for about 5 10 minutes elevation about 1900 feet.

Are you testing that in a pot of boiling water? They are pretty accurate at lower temps, it's when it hits those higher temps and the radiant heat off the pipe starts to effect the accuracy.
 
Yeah boiling water.

I have read on here at higher temps they become inaccurate.

Edit. But i saw in one thread one was showing 400 in boiling water.
 
Wow those ar way off.

I saw your video on youtube also pen seems the 3-19 is better.
