I made it home in time to see the sunset today.

We've got a lot of winter left. Statistics say we are 59% of the way through our snowfall at this time of year. If we continue on the pace we are on, we will easily break our snowfall record. We'll see what the late winter/early spring storms bring.

Same here. But eye thinx we'll have ice on the snowmachine till July 4th this year which should make for a cool summer. ME LIKES! MMMMMMM HMMMM!

Our snow machine hasn't frozen over since 1934.

Nah, keeps the cost of real estate down  We love the seasons here. And I'd like to get my hands on summorebeech. Burns nice.

2 days in a row. After not seeing the sun for a few weeks, this is enough to put a smile on your face.

The sun's warmth is getting stronger too. It was 90 in the greenhouse on Wednesday. I had to open a window. Here's some spring colors. The herbs are waking up too. The thyme and sage made it. That is garlic chives in the center just starting to show with a little lettuce and mache to the right.

I have only 6 full days of sun marked on the calendar since Nov 1 here . This winter has been the worst!

I nearly made it to work and back with the sun in the sky today. Sun makes a big difference in a long winter. I wish I was back in the UK, the snow drops will be up soon.

Great picture Solar. With the sun getting stronger I'll take the roof rake to the edges of the roof so the gutters stay open.

Zap

Love the color BG, I look forward to getting our greenroom on line.

Zap, I went gutterless with the new roof. My hope is the big overhangs and french drains solve the house's previous water issues and require no maintenance. Time will tell.
