HAVE A THELIN PARLOR STOVE-THE BURN POT OVERFILLS AND WILL NOT LIGHT ALL THE TIME-
HAVE TRIED 3 TYPES OF PELLETS TO NO AVAIL-ANY HELP GREATLY APPRECIATED
 
Is the blower coming on?
Do you see the ignitor getting red hot?
How high is the feed rate set?
And finally is the damper closed too far?
 
At those settings I don't think you will have any problems.
