I just ordered a new control board thru THELINCO.COM web site(the one with the red background) and it occurred to me that since I can not get thru to them on the phone that maybe I will not get my part.
Has anybody here had any success getting parts thru their web site?

Thelin is now owned by Sierra Products, who also make Easy Fire stoves. So if you have no luck contacting Thelin try to contact Sierra.
