Thermostat or not

should i hook up stove to thermostat for high low or on off or just run on manual..

I've noticed a significant savings by running on the thermostat.

we'd be baking just running it all the time . 25* and above auto/off 25* and below hi/lo .

Stat auto/off in the warmer months and hi/lo for the cold weather.
