Yeah this project is moving glacially slow. This is what I did this morning!

OK you have 2" clearences on the vertical there right after the direction change? Just double checking.

Its actually three because the previous owner of the house literally hung the drywall from the rafter. Just for a sense of scale, the chimney is 8'' thick.
