tidy timber pellets

I just bought 2 tons of Tidy Timber pellets from Lowes here in Maine. I tried to go to their web site and it says coming soon. I tried to email them from the link on their coming soon website and it came back as undeliverable.

They do not seem to heat as well as the Green Team I got from Lowes last year. Has anybody else tried these? Alot of dust.

if they are related to "tiny timbers" then there terrible. The ones i speak of originate from a company called confluence energy.
