Tightening door bolt on Dutch west

The bolt that appears to be adjustable that is attached to the door handle for locking the door into place on the stove. Seems to be a tad loose. How does one go about tightening this?

I don't see your stove in your signature but maybe it's similar to my 2460?

In that case, there's a hex nut that locks the striker screw into place. Hold the latch assembly with a slip-joint pliers, loosen the hex nut, adjust the striker screw in or out, tighten the hex nut to lock the screw in position. Piece o' cake. ==c
