Timers

Intermatics are junk. Anyone with experience know of a different brand?

Not arguing, but why do you feel that way? We've been running our swimming pool pumps for years on a couple of Intermatics and haven't had any problems... Typically two cycles a day, for about 6-7 months out of the year....

Of course these days if I had a bunch of stuff to control I'd consider going to a digital solution, either embedded controllers or possibly just a PC with a relay control board...
