Not wood, but oil. Boiler + indirect water heater tank + oil storage tank as well.
Thinking of making the basement look a little better.
I know there has to be maintenance access, ventilation, and lighting, but what else?
Thanks.
 
floor drain. inverter and battery backup. good lighting.
