Trailblazer 1500 (I think) installation manual

Hi -

I am selling my home and we have a Trailblazer 1500 (I think) inserted in our fireplace. The buyers want us to obtain a permit for it. The inspector came today and said that in order to approve it (it was installed 14 years ago), he would need to see the manufacturer installation instructions since it doesn't meet MA code. If it meets manufacturer code, we are OK.

Would anyone know how to obtain the installation manual? From research I've done so far, it appears that the manufaccturer is out of business.
