Feeling the Heat
To help the tree survive, you need to remove at least 1/2 of the leaves. Leaves transpire moisture and reduction in roots due to transplanting reduces the ability of the tree to collect moisture from the soil.
Also only transplant trees during months with an "r" in their name ie.September through April
