Trying to determine what model/size Fisher I have.

This Fisher was given to me as a thank you for running a wood ministry where we supply firewood for free to the elderly, the sick, the poor and Gold Star families.
I am going to hopefully clean the rust off, get it painted and use it in our garage so I don't have to work on the chainsaws in the freezing weather...lol
It appears in great shape and hasn't been used in probably 15 or more years.
Can anyone shed any light on which model I have?
