So I bought 6 tons of pellets from TSC, 3 are still waiting to be picked up. Of course my lowes now has the better brands. Any one ever been able to get a refund from TSC or am I stuck now?

Why not just ask them? It`s not like they are going to be stuck with them since they sell so many tons.

Yes. I preordered two tons last year, when they called and said pellets were in, I picked up 1 ton and had them refund the other.
