Good morning people. I wanted to pop back on here and post
this important update. Last night I sent off an email to pelletsales
explaining my disappointment about the 3 ton minimum for
the early Spring buy. To recap my other thread, I just don't have
room for that much on top of what I already have here and in the
past their min. for delivery was always 2 tons.

This morning I got a call from Darlene at pelletsales!
She told me that they will be lowering their minimum
delivery amounts, as well as offering more brands of pellets through
the spring, summer and fall. I was relieved to hear this as I've been
a regular customer of theirs and I would like to continue being one
of their customers. She basically told me to sit tight and that they
are working hard to implement the many changes to come, and will
update their web site so stay tuned......
She said the demand this year has been overwhelmingly greater than
in the past few years.

Woohoo! That's great news zeta, thanks for the update.

more brands would be really nice.

and a bit pricey i might add. im planning on 5-6 tons for summer delivery if and only if i can get them for a reasonable price

Wish they would deliver to me here in NY

They do....I typed in the zip for Cortlandt Manor, and they quoted $260/ton + delivery for CleanFire in April/May

Things changed a bit, as they are now quoting $275.00 per ton for the "Early spring buy" program. Throw in $43.00 per ton delivery and you have a per-ton cost of $300.00. That is simply not cost effective and I will look elsewhere.
