Hey, I found some old spec sheet - most from 1982 - posted them as PDF's in the wiki.

Good stuff. That Englander insert almost ended up in my house in 1985. The Sierra beat it out because half the firebox fit into the fireplace and it had glass in the doors. I like how the Buck ad zips past the fact that the Big Buck 27000 never could pass UL cert.
