Used boiler

I finnally have a stack of cash put together, and am starting to look around for a used gasification boiler. What sort of questions should I be asking, and what should I be looking for ? Looking for something in the 60kw range. Have seen a few eko's and boimass's pop up, but not sure what I'm looking for.

Why are they getting rid of it?

What did they replace with?

How accessible is it?

How long has it been out of operation?

Can I observe of do my own pressure test the water side before buying? (if its been drained)

Who installed it originally?
