Using Crown coat on a chimney crown

    To anyone who sells or used this product. Does it cover the crown with a membrane that is a different color?

    We put on Crown Coat, it is white, don't think it comes in any other color. It goes on very thick, mask the edges before you start, it has a very clean, fresh look.
