I am looking to purchase a Vacu Stack Wind Cap to correct the wind issue I am experiencing (neighbor has 30ft high tree buffer along entire property line). Anyone know which website is usually the cheapest for these types of things?
 
Try Northline Express, their prices seem good and haven't heard of any "bad" reviews in regard to service.
