VC Resolute 1982

I just bought a used VC Resolute woodstove, original purchased date from 1982. There were no firebricks included. I've looked at the expanded views on-line, and do not see the arch type firebricks found in later models. Does anyone know if this model has actual firebricks?

No firebrick in this stove, just the interior metal castings.
