I recently bought a used Breckwell P23 free standing pellet stove, and installed it in my living room. I just got the venting all done using a 3" appliance adapter to a 3" clean-out T, to a 3"45*, then a 3-4" increaser. The rest is 4" vertical piping up through the attic through the roof.

My problem is that I cannot keep the appliance adapter from moving on the pellet stove, it looks like the weight of the cleanout/45* knocks it off center. The 4" pipe is supported in the attic, so I don't think its the issue.
The appliance adapter fits fairly tight, I have to really push it to get it on.
I am using some High temp RTV meant for pellet venting, it flexes enough to let it move around though.
Do I have a crappy appliance adaptor, or can I use a clamp, or something else?

Thanks!
