Question:

Dear sir we are considering buying a ventless log product. This will be situated in a room that is surrounded by windows and has "skylights" right above the fireplace. Could you tell me about the risk of condensation with ventless logs - is it a real one or only very occassionally a problem. thank you

Answer:

Only if:
1. You are located in a very cold area (under 20 degrees a lot of the time)
2. Vent-Free stuff is not made to be used for more than a few hours a day. If you intend to use the unit more than that, consider a vented appliance.
