"CFM, based in Mississauga, Ontario, filed for bankruptcy Wednesday in both Canada and the United States. According to the U.S. bankruptcy filing under Chapter 11, CFM U.S. Corp. has more than 1,000 creditors, more than $100 million in debt and less than $100 million in assets."
