Does anyone know if you can place a wall thimble near an electrical outlet? How close can they be to each other? There is an outlet near where I want to put the Duravent for my Pellet Stove and I need to determine if it needs to be moved.

Thanks!

my wall thimble is right next to the outlet no problem with it just be careful you dont hit the electric line when you cut the hole.

As long as the Thimble does not touch the outlet and/or wires. You should be good.

Is this a corner install? Or a regular wall install. If a wall, it could be moved slightly off center of your position.
