Question:

Could anyone tell me anything about the Washington Stoveworks Co. If they are still in business. Somebody gave me a stove made by Washington Stoveworks Co., and I would like to use it but I wanted to get some information on it first. The model of the stove is a Contender.

Answer:

Long out of business..they originally made stoves out west..but also imported many units from Taiwan in later days. Will be impossible to find manual or other specs...some parts may be available at places the have old parts...like woodman associates at the parts link below
