What happens when you let the CAT stove run all night until it goes out?

What I mean is you aren't supposed to engage the CAT until 500 deg.
What happens when the CAT is engaged and the fire slows to a crawl and goes out while we are sleeping?

Joking aside, at that late stage there is nothing that can create creosote anymore. The cat is burning CO from the charcoal but that's it. It's okay to have that vented out if the chimney.

We all let it go out without us being present.
