What mixture was used to "seal" chimney flue fire in 90's?

I had a chimney fire in the 90's, all I remember was I got a national chimney company that had a special process to repair the flue. They put an inflatable tube down the chimney, inflated it, then poured a mixture while very slowly pulling this tube out of the chimney. They kept pouring the mixture in while slowly pulling the tube out and what I was left with was a repaired chimeny... any damaged flue tile(s) covered by this mixture.

Does anyone know what that mixture was? I want to use that flue for natural gas boiler but they need to know what lining the material is. Thanks

Don't know what the material is but several companies pour liners in place.
